Amazing flowers play a major role in the overall experience of your event by creating a WOW factor.
K Squared Events & Design meets with couples to understand their aesthetic, inspirations and vision for their flowers. Then we create a customized proposal based on season, color, texture, mood, the event space, and ultimately, your vision.
Each of our events are entirely unique, therefore we don't necessarily offer packages, per se. However, our budgets typically begin at $3500.
The inquiry begins with you completing the online questionnaire. We then send our pricing guide along with a request to schedule a complimentary in person (preferable) or via phone consultation.
Once you have indicated that you are ready to move forward, we send you the contract and invoice. All invoices will be billed for a 50% retainer to move forward.
At our initial meeting, we record all of the details of your wedding as well as your overall wedding vision. You'll learn more about our business and practices to ensure that we are a good fit.

After our meeting, hopefully we have a comprehensive idea of what you are looking for in an event florist. We then put together a proposal with the services that we discussed. Included will be rates that we can offer each service according to budget, need, vision, venue etc.
